This Returns and Refunds Policy governs the conditions applicable to the purchase of products and contracting of services made through the Sea You Barcelona website.

2. PRODUCT RETURNS

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the user has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification.

Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the products must:

  • Be in perfect, unused condition
  • Retain their original packaging

  • Products which, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once opened
