Do I need previous experience to take a surfskate class?
Not essential. The classes are adapted to each person's level, whether you've never been on a board or you already have some experience and want to improve your technique, turns, or flow.
What do you work on in a surfskate class?
Posture, balance, coordination, turns, and speed generation without pushing off with the foot are all worked on. Movements are also corrected to make the technique more natural and controlled.
Does surfskating help improve surfing?
Yes. Surfskates replicate many surf movements out of the water, making them a very useful tool for training turns, pumping, weight changes, and body control even when there are no waves.
Where are surfskate classes held in Barcelona?
Classes are held in suitable areas for safe practice, such as open spaces, smooth surfaces, or skateparks adapted to the student's level. The location may vary depending on the session and the type of training.
What does a surfskate lesson include?
The class includes the necessary materials, an initial explanation, and the accompaniment of an instructor during the session. The goal is for you to learn progressively, safely, and at your own pace.
