Do I need prior experience to do wing foiling?
It's not essential, although having practiced a water sport or having some balance on a board helps. The class is adapted to each person's level to learn progressively and safely.
What's the difference between wing foiling and other types of foiling?
Wing foiling uses a light sail, called a wing, which is held with the hands and allows the rider to harness the wind for propulsion. Unlike eFoil or wake foil, there is no motor or boat involved: everything depends on the wind, technique, and body control.
Is it difficult to learn wing foiling in Barcelona?
It requires coordination, balance, and patience, especially at the beginning. First, you practice handling the wing and positioning on the board, and gradually you introduce foil control to start lifting off the water.
What does a wing foil lesson include?
